Return and Refund Policy

At Serendib Stone, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely thrilled with your natural Ceylon gemstone. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

14-Day Returns You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your gemstone must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unaltered, uncut, unmounted, and with all original packaging and accompanying gemological certificates.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please fill out our Return Request Form with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

Refunds Once we receive and safely inspect your returned gemstone to confirm its original condition, we will notify you and process your refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
