Shipping Origins To offer you the best selection directly from the source, our gemstones are dispatched from two primary locations: our headquarters in the United States and directly from our sourcing office in Sri Lanka. The shipping origin for each specific gemstone is determined by its current vault location.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and carefully packaged within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing tracking information when your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping

• Fully Insured: Every gemstone we ship is fully insured for its total value during transit.

• Secure Couriers: We partner with trusted, high-security international couriers (such as FedEx, DHL, and USPS) to ensure the safe delivery of your valuable items.

• Tracking Provided: A tracking number will be provided for all shipments, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Serendib Stone is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office regarding any potential import regulations for loose gemstones.
